The Online Pathway Prayer Team is a group of individuals who have
  committed to pray for the posted prayer requests that come our way.  
  Praise reports can also be posted as a testimony to God's faithfulness, and
  to uplift and encourage the prayer partners.

        Please complete the following form as completely as possible.  Every
  request is treated with the utmost respect and compassion and each
  request will be prayed for regularly by name and need.

        If you wish for your request to remain a private one , choose "Private"
  under "Type of Prayer Request" and only Pastor Mike and Kelly Frye (the
  Online Prayer Team Coordinator) will have access the information you
  provide. 

        If you wish your request to be prayed for publicly by all those on the
  Pathway Online Prayer List, choose "Public" under "Type of Prayer
  Request" and your request will receive church-wide prayer from our
  community.
